Hi Buffy and everyone at Dogs and the City!

Shireen and I (and Hogan, of course) wanted to thank you so much for taking such good care of Hogan, not only last weekend but every time we drop him off for a playday or an overnight visit. You guys really went out of your way last time, allowing us to pick him up late Sunday night when our flight was delayed, replacing his food, and even reprinting our "Guide to Hogan" directions that were worn out and needing some tlc.

Unfortunately, we travel far more than we would prefer -because it means we have to leave our best friend behind - but knowing how well you care for him makes it so much easier!

Thanks so much for caring for our little buddy like he was your own, we really appreciate it!

We wanted to thank all of you for the love that you show Jack. He loves going to Dogs & the City so he can play with all of his canine & human friends

As you all know Jack was signed up for the 4 week Puppy Training class. Within that short amount of time, Jack's social skills improved and he was voted "most improved puppy".

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Callahan and Sassy's extended family! All of you are amazing and your genuine love for my four legged babies has brought nothing but joy into our lives.

As a single parent I felt terrible guilt leaving my kids at home when I had to work late. I was also very reluctant to leave town and in the care of someone else. When Dogs and the City opened right around the corner from work my worries went away.

Callahan is no longer afraid of other dogs and he and Sassy have so many friends they don't have enough paws to count them. Your overnight care and patience with my late night calls to check on the kids has been wonderful.

Dear Dogs and the City Staff,

My wife and I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the fantastic care you have provided for our dog across the last year. Given our sometimes hectic travel schedules, Dogs and the City often serves as a second home for our basenji, Gunner. We have tried several boarding facilities in the San Diego area, and none rank anywhere near Dogs and the City.

The efforts of Carla, Lindsey and Krystal have been particularly noteworthy and impressive, and we simply cannot thank each of them enough for the peace of mind they provide us while we're away. The simple fact that Gunner "sings" for your staff is evidence enough - Mr. Silent Ninja only talks to people he likes.

I brought my 1-year-old Boxer, Big Papi, in a month or so ago, but never really got to express my gratitude for the great service you provided.

We enroll Papi off for doggie day care in our local area (Santa Barbara), but have had a lot of difficulty finding a place that provides high-quality dog care for the times when we visit family in San Diego. From the moment I saw your site, I just knew he was going to be in good hands. . .but you went above and beyond.

When I dropped him off, your staff was friendly and, most importantly, very attentive to my dog. The facility was immaculate, well-organized, and safe. When I picked him up, he was both happy and tired, which is exactly what we
were looking for. I have to say, it's unusual for a day care to take a furry client on three walks. . .our facility in Santa Barbara charges $25 for each walk, on top of an outrageous day price!

So thanks again! We'll be seeing you soon!

Thank you so much for taking great care of Cas. It gives me peace of mind to know that she is having fun and gets great care while I am at work. The web cams have been a life saver for Cas’ “dad” who is currently serving in the military in the Middle East and can watch his girl play every day via the internet.

Everyone has been wonderful, friendly and very attentive to Cas and her special issues.
